All videos are maintained in their original context and modified with human moderation. AI may be used to create "short clips." At no point will any interview be edited to modify or alter the persons involved or the perception of the content matter.
I, hereby grant "Sierra's Podcast" the right to record, edit, and distribute my participation in the podcast episode described on this form..
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I grant "Sierra's Podcast" the perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information in connection with this podcast episode. (For this podcast only)
2. I understand that "Sierra's Podcast" has the right to edit, modify, or alter the recording of my participation without my approval. Edits are performed to remove filler words, noise, re-do, noises, etc.
3. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will receive no compensation for my appearance on the podcast.
4. I understand that any opinions or views I express during the podcast do not necessarily reflect those of the host or "Sierra's Podcast".
5. I release "Sierra's Podcast", its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability related to the use of my participation in the podcast.
6. I agree that "Sierra's Podcast" owns all rights to the recorded content and may use it in any medium, including but not limited to audio, video, and social media platforms, without seeking further approval from me.
7. I confirm that any information I provide during the podcast is accurate to the best of my knowledge, but listeners should not consider it as professional advice.
8. I understand that this agreement is legally binding and that I have the right to seek independent legal advice before signing.
9. If you feel you dislike your podcast or the final edited episode, you have the right to request edits or removal by emailing Sierra.
