Her work bridges artificial intelligence, behavioral science, and community recovery systems. Beverly develops structured AI-driven frameworks and automated digital workflows that support individuals facing credit challenges, legal systems, housing instability, grief, and major life transitions. She studied Multimedia Web Design at The Art Institute of Philadelphia and completed certified continuing education coursework through Drexel University. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science, and Business at Maestro University and is affiliated with the JT Foxx AI Agency Group, collaborating with professionals focused on advanced automation, AI systems, and emerging technology solutions.
Beverly brings more than 26 years of experience in sales and business development within the automotive and wellness sectors. She has extensive expertise in internet sales strategy, CRM management, and operational system development. Throughout her career she has designed sales scripting processes, implemented CRM workflows, and managed multiple customer relationship management platforms while training and leading teams of up to 50 staff members at a time as an internet business development director.
Her professional background also includes over 30 years of experience in the food service industry, including restaurant management, food preparation, purchasing and inventory management, serving, and operating a food truck. These experiences strengthened her operational leadership, logistics management, and customer service expertise in fast-paced service environments.
Beverly also has extensive experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content development. She has led educational Zoom trainings for entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners on how to build and manage an effective online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Her trainings focus on practical skills including content strategy, advertising creation, analytics interpretation, scheduling systems, and audience engagement. She also teaches modern marketing workflows that integrate artificial intelligence tools for generating visual content, marketing copy, and social media posts while maintaining authentic brand messaging and strategic outreach.
From 2021 to 2023, Beverly pursued studies in neurokinesis, neuroplasticity, trauma recovery, PTSD, and the neurological effects of stress and trauma on the brain and nervous system. During this time she assisted in facilitating educational Zoom trainings and group sessions serving 20 to 50 participants at a time, helping guide discussions on emotional regulation, neurological resilience, and trauma-informed personal development practices. This work strengthened her understanding of the connection between neurological health, behavioral patterns, and long-term healing.
Beverly also provides business consulting services to entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies, helping organizations improve operations, marketing systems, customer experience strategies, and growth planning. Her consulting work focuses on practical systems that support sustainable business development and operational efficiency.
She also spent more than 20 years as a licensed cosmetologist in Pennsylvania, building a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, client care, and wellness services. From 2023 to 2026, Beverly worked as a caregiver supporting elderly individuals and elderly veterans, providing compassionate care and assistance with daily living, safety, and emotional support. These experiences contribute to her deeply human-centered approach to technology development and community programming.
Beverly is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of NAT-CAT COMMUNITY INC., a nonprofit organization she founded alongside her father, Frank Gravina, who serves as the organization’s Co-Founder and Executive Director. Together they lead initiatives focused on workforce housing, trauma-informed recovery services, education, and community-based support systems designed to help individuals rebuild stability and independence.
She also serves on the Board of Directors for the How To Open A Halfway House National Coalition, contributing to national conversations around workforce and recovery housing, reentry support systems, and community-based rehabilitation programs.
Driven by the belief that technology should protect, empower, and elevate people—not replace them—Beverly focuses on building scalable systems that expand opportunity, strengthen communities, and create generational stability.
