Hill Kane acts as the Creative Director of the BIT Improv Comedy Network, an international, independent podcast network producing eight original shows. The BIT crew recently returned from the Oslo Impro Fest in Norway, further expanding the network’s global creative footprint. Best known for the breakout hit Shut Up, Gail, Hill also produces, edits, and distributes all the BIT pods, including Podcast Town, Rabbit Hole, and Movie! Movie!, podCLASS, and Dinner Party: Working side by side with improv icon Billy Merritt, building each show from concept to launch.
In addition to her network leadership, she independently produces two Mississippi-based podcasts: Hope Mississippi, a faith-driven nonprofit interview show, and Stories from Cold Springs, a literary and culture-focused series. She serves as the graphic artist across her entire portfolio, designing all episode art, visual systems, and brand assets.
A UCB Los Angeles–trained improviser now based in South Texas, Hill brings comedic instinct, narrative discipline, and strategic vision to everything she creates. By day, she works as a product marketing and analytics attorney for a large tech company, combining legal precision with creative execution.
